Le seul vin rouge de Cherrier exhale une substance minérale, des fruits noirs et du caractère. Au nez, on remarque donc le terroir pierreux et crayeux, puis le noyau de cerises rouges, de myrtilles, de réglisse et d'herbes. Le goût est sec, avec des tanins légèrement acidulés, un acide de fruit droit et juteux et un arrière-goût épicé et résistant.

De enige rode wijn van Cherrier straalt minerale substantie, donker fruit en karakter uit. In de neus kun je daarom eerst en vooral het steen- en kalkachtige terroir opmerken, daarna ook de kern van rode kersen, bosbessen, zoethout en kruiden. De smaak is droog met licht tikkende tannines, een recht en sappig fruitzuur en een veerkrachtige, pittige afdronk.

The only red wine from Cherrier exudes mineral substance, dark fruit and character. In the nose you can therefore first and foremost notice the stony and chalky terroir, then the core of red cherries, blueberries, licorice and herbs. The taste is dry with slightly tapping tannins, a straight and juicy fruit acid and a resilient, spicy aftertaste.
